I have to admit that I have never loved shopping....actually I hate shopping...unless it is in the Mac store :)
Part of the reason is the lack of a smile and I would leaders, brands, everyone to live by 4 questions
- Do I smile, do I smile inside so that it comes through in my voice?
- Have I caused someone else to smile today?
- If I am not smiling, am I doing the right job for me and my needs?
- Am I present with people, do I give them respect by giving my 100% attention?
And I mention leaders because it must start at the top....I mention brands because I think the you can smile through your brand voice....
For all the budget constraints in the world, a smile costs nothing....and yet the value of a genuine smile is often immeasurable...
