It was Jeff Koons who once said
"What people want to do the most, they fear the most"
No doubt we can all relate to that feeling. The strange thing as people, is that we can recognise that feeling on a personal level and yet when we work in a business, we can often ignore what holds us back.
For some it will be the fear of failure.
For some it will be the fear of success.
But all the time we are working on 'comfortable' things, all the time we ignore what is holding us back....then in reality we are we are not standing still but going backward compared to the competition.
The only comfort zone that we need to find....is the one for the customer, the one that makes the customer feel warm and loved!
Find you comfort zone not away from your fears....but inside the heart of customers!
