This week I delivered an inside social media session to a fabulous group of leadership coaches and in an email exchange with people afterwards I was reminded of yet another conversation with Dad.
He loved ideas, he breathed ideas, he believed that ideas were all out there and that nature gave the world people in order to find them....in fact he would be someone who would embrace the idea of a new social economic model.
He said this to me one day
"....make those ideas fly....don't let daily grind dilute those ideas ..... Ideas have hearts...they just need a great parent"
