If so that was not trying, that was doing...you did touch it.
Trying is a word overused in business...how many people say phrases such as 'try and do this' or 'well I have tried' etc
But just thing about the negative message you give out by asking people to try something - even yourself?
When you ask someone to try then you are giving them a way out, they don't know whether you really believe that they can do it. And when you use the word try...you are giving yourself the ability to fail.
So tomorrow replace the word try with do. You either do something or you don't do something.
Go on....just by changing this one word you will show your belief either in yourself or others.
